We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Your Right to Return
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging where possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened. Any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
